One of the Largest companies in the business of Building Warehouses & offering Warehousing Solutions to clients across different Industries is looking to hire a Regional head Project Control for Gurgaon Location; We are looking for people from the project management and controls function from Developer / Project Management Consultant / Reputed Contractors / EPC projects in Industrial.
Core Responsibilities:
– Project & Program Management, Cost Management, Quality & Safety Controls
To manage and ensure timely delivery and commencement of construction for North Region :
– Planning, scheduling and tracking.
– Providing resource deployment chart.
– Providing acceleration schedules.
– Providing delay analysis.
– Preparation and updating of budgets.
– Preparation and updating of cash-flow statements.
– Performing earned value analysis.
– Performing gap analysis from site progress report.
– Ensure commencement and delivery of construction within stipulated time and cost.
– Execution within the approved budget
– Cost reduction as per the set targets
Skills/Experience:
– BE Civil with 15 plus years of experience; Full time Advance Construction Management / Project Management preferred from NICMAR, SPA, IITs
– Hands on experience in MS Project / Primavera (Must)
– Earned Value Management Techniques
